Legal guarantees
Two-year legal conformity guarantee. Defects are presumed present at delivery for twelve months for used goods and twenty-four months for new goods.
After twelve months, used goods remain covered within the two-year legal period, with proof that the defect existed at delivery.
Conformity is restored free of charge by repair or replacement within thirty days. Other legal remedies remain available.
Used, refurbished goods and parts remain covered. Hidden-defect remedies remain available. Only specifically disclosed and separately accepted defects are concerned; “as is” does not remove your rights.
Returns and withdrawal
In France, notify withdrawal without giving a reason within fourteen days of receipt, then return the goods within fourteen days of notification.
Change-of-mind returns are at your expense, at the actual shipping cost: UPS, Chronopost Relais or another suitable service. No restocking fee.
Returns for defects covered by the legal conformity guarantee are free of charge for consumers.
Refunds follow legal deadlines, including standard delivery; they may be deferred until the goods or proof of posting arrive, whichever comes first.
Clearly notify Camhub of withdrawal, identifying the order, for example by post. No prior authorisation is required. Only justified depreciation from handling beyond necessary testing may be charged.
Commercial warranty
A promised commercial warranty is additional to your legal rights. Its duration and coverage appear on the listing, quotation or sale documents.
A repair warranty covers the agreed work, without automatically covering every component. Any applicable more favourable advertising commitment is taken into account.
Make a request
For a request, provide the order reference, SKU and issue. Protect the equipment and keep proof of posting.
Use the contact details on your invoice to contact the seller.
Photos, original packaging and unboxing videos are not general conditions of your rights. Third-party work does not automatically void warranties; damage caused after delivery remains distinct from a covered defect.
